About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Partnerships Director to join our commercial team in London, reporting to the Senior Partnerships Director. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for strategically managing and expanding our portfolio of agencies and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide visionary guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, leveraging your expertise to elevate their performance and contribute significantly to the team's success.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the JOE Media Group portfolio of brands.
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that align with our brands' tone of voice.
  • Performance Management: Regularly update Smartsheets to ensure all updates are captured, and maintain a strong understanding of the digital/social media landscape and influencer space.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in brand partnership sales and/or extensive involvement in content partnership campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of the media landscape and branded content partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and devise commercial opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital/social media landscape and a keen awareness of the influencer space.
