Job Title: Brand Partnerships Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Brand Partnerships Director to join our commercial team in London, reporting to the Senior Partnerships Director.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assume a senior leadership position responsible for strategically managing and expanding our portfolio of agencies and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Provide visionary guidance, mentorship, and unwavering support to junior team members, leveraging your extensive expertise to elevate their performance and contribute significantly to the team's overall success.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and distinguished ambassador for the JOE Media Group portfolio of brands.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in brand partnership sales and/or extensive involvement in content partnership campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of the media landscape and branded content partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and devise commercial opportunities aligning with JOE Media Groups brands' tone of voice.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital/social media landscape and a keen awareness of the influencer space, along with staying current with industry trends.
  • Understanding of the distribution model of social and podcast channels.
