Job Title: Brand Partnerships Director

Hypebeast Limited is a leading global platform for contemporary culture and lifestyle, and a premier destination for editorially-driven news and commerce. We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Partnerships Director to drive media sales and brand partnerships for Hypebeast and Hypebae in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow advertising revenue through relationships with UK-based media agencies, PR agencies, and clients.
  • Solicit RFPs and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Sell online, offline, and bespoke advertising solutions across all Hypebeast platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative planning teams to develop compelling sales propositions and pitch creative proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate with account servicing teams to ensure successful ad campaign delivery.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Represent Hypebeast at industry events and serve as a brand ambassador to reinforce our leading position in the marketplace.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of media sales experience with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong relationships with mid/senior level UK clients and agencies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Flawless presentation skills to lead strategic conversations with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media business and agency partner requirements.
  • Ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced, highly-creative organization.
  • Highly organized and results-driven.
  • A drive for success at a personal, team, and corporate level.
