Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: London

VF Corporation is seeking a proactive intern to be part of our Talent Acquisition division for a full-time role. This position requires proficiency in English along with either French or Italian, and offers a hybrid working model.

Role Overview

In this internship, you will collaborate with our internal Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team, supporting various recruitment initiatives for the Retail sector across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Posting and updating job openings, focusing on Retail Sales Associates
  • Facilitating group assessment centers for the recruitment of Sales Associates
  • Utilizing the Applications Tracking System (ATS) software (Workday)
  • Coordinating phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Building relationships with candidates, Store Managers, and District Managers
  • Assisting in gathering essential documents and information from various stakeholders
  • Supporting additional Talent Acquisition projects (e.g., employer branding, CRM initiatives)

Qualifications for Success

We are looking for students or recent graduates with a keen interest in recruitment or talent acquisition. Previous experience in HR or recruiting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be engaging in a dynamic and international environment. You should be a quick learner with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

This internship will provide you with valuable insights into recruitment and talent acquisition, enhancing your expertise in various European markets.

Proficiency in English and either French or Italian is required.

This opportunity will equip you for a future career in recruitment or other HR domains within an international organization.
