Role Overview

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in our Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team. Your primary duties will encompass:

  • Advertising and refreshing job vacancies, particularly for Sales Associates in the Retail sector
  • Facilitating assessment centers for the recruitment of Sales Associates
  • Employing Application Tracking System (ATS) software (Workday)
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Establishing connections with candidates and key stakeholders
  • Assisting with various Talent Acquisition initiatives

Qualifications for Success

We seek a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in recruitment or talent acquisition. Previous experience in HR or recruiting is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting are essential. Proficiency in English is required, with additional skills in French or Italian being a plus.
