Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: London

VF Corporation is seeking a proactive Intern to be part of our Talent Acquisition team for a year, requiring proficiency in English along with either French or Italian. This role offers a hybrid working model with the office situated in London.

Role Overview

As an intern, you will integrate into our internal Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team for a full-time duration. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting recruitment initiatives for the Retail sector across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, collaborating on various Talent Acquisition projects.

Key Responsibilities

You will closely collaborate with the recruitment team, undertaking the following tasks:

  • Posting and updating job vacancies, particularly focusing on Sales Associates in Retail
  • Facilitating group assessment centers for the recruitment of Sales Associates
  • Utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software (Workday)
  • Coordinating phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Building relationships with candidates, Store Managers, and District Managers
  • Assisting in gathering essential documents and information from various stakeholders
  • Supporting ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects (e.g., employer branding, CRM)

Qualifications for Success

You should be a student or recent graduate with a keen interest in recruitment or talent acquisition. Previous experience in HR or Recruiting is advantageous but not essential.

Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for this position, as you will be engaging in a dynamic and international environment. The ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks effectively is vital.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain insights into recruitment and talent acquisition, developing expertise in various European markets.

Proficiency in English and either French or Italian is required.

This internship will equip you with the skills necessary to pursue a career in recruitment or other HR domains within an international company.
