Job Opportunity at Consulo First

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading the UK sales operation.

About the Role

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans
    • Identify new business opportunities with new and existing customers across diverse industries, including Robotics, Automation, Aerospace, Medical, and Electronics.
  • Build Strong Relationships with Key Customers and Stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic and high-value customers and stakeholders in the Industrial Automation industry.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management Team
    • Work closely with the current senior management team to drive business growth and develop a clear progression pathway for career advancement.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • A BEng, HNC, HND or similar/equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
    • A Sales/Business Development or Key Account professional with 10 years of experience in the Industrial Automation industry with a mechanical bias.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • A demonstrable track record supporting OEMs in Industries such as Industrial Automation & Robotics, Medical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Transport systems, and Electronics.
    • A strategic thinker who can balance both business development and operational management.
    • A Sales professional who is at the right stage in their career, ready to take on a challenge that offers both immediate impact and long-term career progression.
