**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Portakabin. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and promoting our hire business, focusing on order-winning activity and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for delivering set targets for the year, including contract value, order numbers, and visits, as well as other commercial KPIs.
- Carry out structured business development, including local and national campaigns, to achieve order targets.
- Prepare quotations and drawings against customer requirements.
- Generate orders by attending customer sites.
- Maximize added value for every opportunity through promoting our full range of building services.
- Complete customer care programs to ensure maximum satisfaction, continuity of business, and maximize referral opportunities.
- Develop sound customer relationships through effective communication, providing excellent levels of customer service, resulting in repeat, continued, or new opportunities and orders.

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has:
- A full UK driving license.
- Proven commercial experience, including face-to-face sales experience and business development.
- Strong experience of carrying out business development activities (campaign calling and cold calling).
- Experience managing tenders.
- Able to work independently and drive new initiatives.
- Demonstrable B2B sales experience.
- The ability to deal with ambiguity and make positive use of opportunities it presents.
