Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our team in Yorkshire and Northeast England. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue, profitability, and market share growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the territory.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
    • Stay current with the latest trends and developments in heart disease and endovascular therapies.
    • Apply this knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.
  • Commercial and Clinical Expertise
    • Develop and maintain technical expertise in Interventional Cardiology or related fields.
    • Effectively communicate the clinical and commercial benefits of our products to customers.
  • Business Planning and Analysis
    • Identify opportunities and threats in the market, including competitor strategies.
    • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and complete records of sales activity and customer interactions.
    • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to support business planning and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong technical knowledge of Interventional Cardiology or related fields.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong numeric skills and IT competence.
  • Organisational and Analytical Skills
    • Highly organised and analytical, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Driving License and Residency
    • Must hold a valid driving license and reside on the territory.
