We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve amazing outcomes.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 2 days on and 4 days off, with sleep nights. You will be part of a 365-day-a-year service, providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young people. We offer a competitive pay rate of £12-£12.30 per hour, days, and £60 per sleep night, with opportunities for overtime at an enhanced rate.

What We're Looking For
  • A nurturing and supportive approach to childcare
  • Experience in a children's care role (desirable)
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Aged 21 or above

You will also have access to a holiday home in the Peak District, where you can stay for free.

Essential Requirements
  • A Full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • Prior experience in a children's care role (desirable)
  • Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
