About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the welfare and well-being of our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with young people, encouraging their development and interests.
  • Support the daily routines and activities of our young people, including education, leisure, and personal care.
  • Participate in sleep-in duties as part of a flexible rota, ensuring the needs of our young people are met at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the well-being of all young people in our care.
