We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to support two children in a lovely home supported by a team of 6 colleagues.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide daily care and support to children and young people aged between 9 to 17 years of age. You will need to be organised and confident in interactions with children and young people, and hold a NVQ3 / Diploma in caring for children and young people, or be willing to work to achieve this qualification following appointment within two years.

Our team provides effective induction, supervision, and training to all staff. You will work shift patterns, including weekends, sleep in, waking nights and Bank Holidays.

If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable young people and have good communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
