About the Role

The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for the smooth management of the warehouse operation during the day shift, ensuring the delivery of cost, service, compliance, and people KPIs in line with company and legal standards and requirements.

This role will involve responsibility for the warehouse day shift, with a support and deputy role for the Warehouse Shift Manager as required.

About You

Candidates will have experience in a management role within a fast-moving and changing work environment, such as FMCG or logistics. A management style that leads by example, motivates, coaches, and develops team members is essential. The ability to manage targets and KPIs, while multi-tasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, is also required.
