About the Role

As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to our clients via phone, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues with their coffee machines.
  • Working closely with our internal technical team to resolve complex technical issues and improve our products and services.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven background in engineering within the coffee and vending industry, or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge, including experience with white goods, three-phase electrics, and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers over the phone.
  • Strong numeracy and IT skills, with the ability to use technical software and tools.
