We are seeking a highly skilled Business Customer Service Advisor to join our Operations Support Team at Centrica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our Social Housing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log new customer calls and update internal work systems to ensure accurate and timely data.
  • Book appointments and schedule work for engineers to maximize daily productivity.
  • Ensure all internal work systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Apply appropriate charges to work orders and identify chargeable opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly valuations.
  • Perform all associated administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to respond professionally to customer and client inquiries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, and manage workload with a high degree of diligence.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, and Excel) with strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
