We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Advisor to join our team in Dudley, United Kingdom. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Offer product knowledge and advice to customers, ensuring they find the perfect solution.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently, minimizing wait times.
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management, driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
