Field Sales Solutions is a leading field marketing company representing the fastest growing confectionery company within the UK – Ferrero.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work for one of our largest clients, Ferrero. The company encompasses iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thornton's, Fox's & Burton's biscuits.
SalaryThe salary for this position is £25,000 per annum, with the potential to earn a performance-related bonus. Additionally, a company car and fuel card are provided.
Job DescriptionThis Key Account Grocery Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales in grocery stores through building best-in-class relationships, gaining greater visibility, display, and availability of our clients' brand portfolio.
- Your role will involve using sales data to approach key decision makers to effectively engage and influence.
- You will identify new opportunities in store to increase brand presence and optimise sales.
- Responsibility for your own geographical area and the stores within it.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- An ambitious nature with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously, using time effectively and planning efficiently.
- A passion for sales and a true advocate for our client's brand portfolio.
- A full clean UK driving licence.
