About the Role:

The Cambridgeshire Football Association is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Competitions and Clubs Development Administrator. This is a part-time position that requires a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the Cambridgeshire Football Association Strategy and The FA Grassroots Football Strategy.
  • Work closely with the Competitions and Clubs team to develop and implement initiatives that promote grassroots football.
  • Coordinate the appointment of referees to games and support local leagues.
  • Assist in the administration of competitions and clubs, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clubs, leagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge of football administration and grassroots football is desirable.
