Job Summary:

The Competitions and Clubs Development Administrator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of The FA's Grassroots Football Strategy and the Cambridgeshire Football Association's Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated individual to work within our competitions and clubs team, supporting the growth and development of grassroots clubs and enhancing local leagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of The FA's Grassroots Football Strategy and the Cambridgeshire Football Association's Strategy
  • Work with grassroots clubs to progress through the England Accreditation pathway
  • Support and enhance local leagues by appointing referees to games
  • Provide administrative support to the Competitions and Clubs Development Manager
  • Develop and maintain relationships with grassroots clubs and local leagues

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in administration
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
