About the Role:

The Cambridgeshire Football Association is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Competitions and Clubs Development Administrator. This is a part-time position that requires a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the Cambridgeshire Football Association Strategy and The FA Grassroots Football Strategy.
  • Work closely with the Competitions and Clubs team to develop and implement initiatives that promote grassroots football.
  • Provide administrative support for local leagues and referees, including appointing referees to games.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs to support grassroots clubs in progressing through the England Accreditation pathway.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration and excellent people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
