We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Reviva Resourcing. This role is perfect for someone with face-to-face customer service experience in an office environment, as well as strong administration and organizational skills.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming visitors to the office and providing a warm and professional greeting.
  • Booking and arranging meetings for senior management and directors.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entrance area.
  • Preparing and sending regular correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Providing administrative support to other teams as needed.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails from clients and customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
