We are currently hiring on a permanent basis for a 40-hour working week, you will be **working in our Central Brighton office.**

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Maintaining our Brighton office supplies, managing postage.
- Managing relationship with any suppliers related to the office.
- As above for our London office. You will be required to be in London at least once a week to help facilitate this.
- Helping to maintain consultant information via our HR and development systems.
- Dealing with employee leave requests. Including reprimanding individuals who cause issues related to this.
- Booking in meetings with consultants for the training team to run, and staying on top of when meetings need to take place.
- Following up on those meetings to ensure they have taken place and been recorded properly.
- Helping to standardise the meeting process and any recording/paperwork associated with them.
- General administrative responsibilities.
- Understanding the Security Clearance process and efficiently creating BPSS packs for new joiners.
- Creating and issuing employment contracts and other documentation relating to employment changes.
- Organising and attending consult meet-ups.
- Other responsibilities as allocated.

**Salary**
- **£25,000 - £27,000 basic pay**

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in corporate administration ideal
- Experience managing office spaces ideal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
