Recruitment Administrator/Co-Ordinator
Brighton (Full time)
Recruitment Administrator is required by ARC IT Recruitment.
We are a well-established, dynamic, privately owned consultancy that offers a forward thinking and innovative approach to recruitment. We are now looking for a talented individual to join one of our teams in our Brighton office.
This role will suit someone who excels both administratively and organisationally. You will be pivotal in helping the team to work at pace, by supporting all admin responsibilities and working well with some talented and diverse individuals.
Responsibilities
* Being the point of contact for candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
* Organising interviews by telephone and email.
* Submitting interview confirmations to both the candidates and clients and logging on the database
* Briefing candidates over the telephone as and when required.
* Providing individual feedback to candidates post interview, keeping them updated throughout the process.
* Monitoring the Director’s emails and organising their diary, updating them with all interview activity, feedback and any other issues
* Searching external job boards and internal databases for suitable candidates as specified by our clients
* Setting up virtual video meetings.
* Inputting data onto the company’s CRM to track candidate submission and progression
* Ensuring all information is updated on spreadsheets and whiteboards
* Producing job specifications and posting to external job sites.
* Resourcing and assisting with Business Development exercises.
* Conducting LinkedIn campaigns
* Additional administrative duties (Formatting CVs - PDF to Word, cover sheets, etc.)
* Project work as and when required
Key Skills:
* Excellent administrative and MS Office skills
* Highly competent in CRM management
* Ideally you will have some previous recruitment and resourcing experience (IT based would be a great advantage, but not essential)
* You will have excellent spoken and written communication skills
* An upbeat, enthusiastic approach to work with an eye for detail
* A real team player
