We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work between 30 and 37.5 hours per week, dependent on preference, with an award winning team in the accountancy and finance sector. This would suit an experienced sales administrator or someone with administration experience from an accountancy firm as well as anyone with strong admin skills who is used to supporting a team in a regulated / compliance based business in other sectors.

As the Administration Assistant you will:

  • Undertake general admin and research tasks such as drafting letters, internet research and producing sales documents / memorandums
  • Support the team in completing transactions for clients
  • Assist in onboarding new clients
  • Diary management and arranging meetings

Skills & experience required:

  • A good level of administration experience, with varied administration skills including diary management, research and compliance
  • Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with internal teams as well as clients externally via phone, email and in person
  • Strong attention to detail, a good level of accuracy and excellent Microsoft Office skills

Company benefits:

  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with service

This can either be a full time role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm or around 30 hours a week could be considered to accommodate part time to suit school hours or a 4 day week for example, salary and holiday entitlement will be pro rata for part time.

The salary is up to 25,000 full time / FTE based on qualifications and level of previous experience.
