**Customer Support Administrator - Brighton**

**The opportunity**

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large and forward-thinking regulatory body. We are supporting them to recruit a Customer Support Administrator for a permanent position.

This is a Hybrid role, with the requirement to be in the office once a week.

**What the People Business Partner will be doing**

As a Customer Support Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our customer service operations, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and dedication to delivering top-notch service will make a real impact on the lives of millions.
- Provide excellent customer experience, ensuring right-first-time solutions.
- Explain technical information in an easily understandable manner to assist customers effectively.
- Follow guided procedures and maintain compliance to resolve customer queries while updating databases accurately.
- Work closely with colleagues to meet customer needs, sharing feedback to enhance services and processes.
- Take ownership of your development journey, utilising available resources to reach your career aspirations.

**What the successful People Business Partner will bring to the team**

This role is suitable for someone who;
- Experience in analysing complex information to provide accurate solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, in-house databases, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers, understanding their needs and resolving queries.
- Problem Solver: A solutions-driven approach to evaluate and escalate nonstandard queries based on documented processes.
- Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team culture.
