As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
- Manage customer queries and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Contribute to team efforts in achieving company goals.
- Uphold the company's standard of excellence in customer service.
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

- An estimated hourly salary range of £12.50 - £13.50
