Care Navigator/medical Administrator

We are a successful two site GP practice and have an exciting vacancy within our busy Clinical Support Team at The Guildhall & Barrow Surgery.
You will be part of a of a dedicated team, responsible for successfully navigating our patients through their care journey at The Guildhall & Barrow Surgery, Bury St Edmunds and The Barrow Hill Surgery, Barrow.
Flexibility is an essential requirement and you must be able to take on extra shifts to cover annual leave, training and sickness.
Hours will vary between 7.45am and 7.00pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday working is required during specific campaigns such as the offering of flu and covid vaccination clinics, and is worked on an overtime basis.
