**CONTRACT**:PERMANENT, 37 HOURS PER WEEK/39 WEEKS PER YEAR

**SALARY**: £22,253.00 - £24,632.00 Annually (Actual)

**WORKING ARRANGEMENTS**:MONDAY TO THURDAY (INCLUSIVE): 08:30 TO 16:30 FRIDAY: 08:30 TO 16:00 (INCLUDES 30 MINS UNPAID BREAK EACH DAY)

**REPORTS TO**: HEAD OF SCHOOL VIA LEAD FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER

**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**:To contribute to the delivery of First Aid and other medical support, including medical administrative support, to students and staff across the school. To contribute to the implementation of individual Health Care Plans for students with medical conditions, coordinate immunisation programmes, liaise with pastoral staff in relation to supporting individual students (pastoral issues). To train and support staff members who are working with students with severe and complex medical conditions, as well as support the school trip process in relation to medical requirements.
