More detail about the role: This role is a Slot Administrator role within our Prep for Surgery admin department. You will be pivotal to the day to day running of the department. You will work in conjunction with our Prep for Surgery admin team and Prep for Surgery Nurse team.
The role will be pivotal to the running of the Prep for Surgery team as you will be the one providing the slots for the Nurses clinics, building the templates of the clinics, working alongside the Matron of Prep for Surgery to work on the rota and plan for the month. You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be responsible for calls from our patients queries from our Nurses and our Clinical staff. We are looking for someone who can work independently and thrives on building relationships with clinicians, staff and patients.
