**What you'll do
**You will define, evolve, and deliver the Argos Care proposition and commercial agenda. This entails optimising existing products, identifying opportunities for product enhancements, and driving sales through collaboration with channel integration teams and third-party warranty provider, D & G. Analysing performance of the Care proposition, you will develop initiatives to grow sales and income, and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy. Additionally, you will manage the Care proposition's P & L, work closely with warranty providers, and enhance distribution channels to serve customers effectively. Your role also involves maintaining product governance standards, monitoring key performance indicators, and leading a team responsible for Care associations and product setup. As a leader, you will foster a positive and inclusive culture, managing and developing your team's performance and talent.

**As a skilled and experienced professional in the financial services industry, you are a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset. With a background in product insurance and senior commercial roles, you have a proven track record of delivering results, driving sales growth, and optimising profitability. Your outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to lead and motivate teams, enable you to develop and execute effective strategies for expanding the Argos Care product suite, while addressing customer needs and enhancing customer outcomes. With your excellent communication and influencing skills, you establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and effectively manage complex environments.
