We are recruiting for a pro-active, innovative, and experienced administrator to join the team as a Customer Support Co-ordinator in a fast-paced environment where first impressions count You will be first point of contact for all customers, nurturing thecustomer journey to ensure the best possible service is received, pricing and building quotes and supporting the field sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Log all sales activities and update CRM
- First point of contact for customer enquiries
- Work with relevant internal and external contacts to ensure key information is obtained
- Obtain and provide pricing for products, building quotes whilst analysing margins
- Liase with clients when sending quotes and follow up for feedback
- Negotiate with account managers to provide best possible pricing
- Build customer rapport and make time to follow up on quotes and renewals
