As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be joining our dynamic team to provide outstanding support to Dermalogica stockists and consumers, all while embodying our brand's core values. If you're passionate about skincare and delivering exceptional customer service, this role is perfect for you Don't worry if you're new to the skincare world - we'll provide you with full product training as part of our comprehensive induction programme.

Your journey with us starts in our orders team, where you'll assist in placing orders on our B2C platform and share exciting updates about new promotions and product launches.

But that's just the beginning As part of our team, you'll have endless opportunities for growth and advancement. Here are just a few paths you can explore:

- Supporting our B2C customers online, managing their returns and refunds. Processing orders for our online stockists to advertise on their websites
- Raising and tracking orders for our flagship stores
- If you have a Level 2 or 3 Beauty therapy qualification, you can dive into supporting consumer queries and even work towards achieving Dermalogica expert status through our in-house training programs
- Processing in-house orders, managing orders for our Skinfluencers, and collaborating with various departments to ensure our operations run smoothly

**Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist**:

- Process telephone orders from Dermalogica stockists quickly and accurately.
- Offer cross functional support with regard to operating stock requirements, events and projects.
- Provide exceptional product knowledge and promotional advice to our stockists & consumers.
- Identify up-selling opportunities throughout the ordering process.
- Troubleshoot in relation to the stockist or the consumer's customer experience.
- Administrative duties as part of one of our dedicated departmental channels

**Do you have the below skills?**
- Experience within a Customer Service role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills - including active listening & problem solving.
- Outstanding telephone manner.
- The ability to resolve customer issues whilst remaining professional.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office, Word, CRM
- A willingness to undertake regular internal education & development.
- Confident building professional relationships across the company
