This role will be part of a focused team that is committed to ensuring the design, construction, and operational quality of our distribution networks. The Team Coordinator will take ownership of key administrative activities that support the performance of our team of Design Engineer Specialists. It is a customer facing role and will require an individual with excellent organisation and communication skills.
We are a business who care about the work we do, and the customers we support, and therefore we seek to find individuals with a similar approach. ESP have the following values which are intrinsic to our culture:

**Key Accountabilities**
The Team Coordinators’ primary role is to take ownership of key administrative activities that support the performance of our Design Team and help ensure we deliver in line with the SLAs in place. In addition, they play an important part in supporting our ambition to continue to improve the quality of service we offer to our customers (B2B & B2C).
In this role you will need to communicate effectively and be confident at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Interaction and collaboration with other functions within the business will be key to your success in this role. - ** Coordinating Performance Data **which may involve completing data entry tasks, collecting data from internal systems and populating reports that are used to measure performance of KPIs against the SLAs that are in place.
- ** Demonstrating Ownership of Core Processes** that are relevant to your role; promptly communicate any training needs, identify areas for improvement and support the maintenance of process documentation (standard operating procedures etc).
