Support Worker Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker Specialist to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Provide daily care and support to individuals, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Build meaningful relationships with service users, understanding their needs and preferences
- Assist with personal goals and aspirations, promoting independence and empowerment
- Support social engagement activities, such as holidays and hobbies
