Job Title: SEN Support Worker
">We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Support Worker to join our team in a local SEN school. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) or challenging behaviors.

- Assist teachers in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring students receive tailored learning experiences.">
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment, encouraging student participation and engagement.">
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and educational specialists, to develop effective strategies for student support.">
Requirements:

- Prior experience working with children with ALN or challenging behaviors is essential.">
- Hold a valid DBS check on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).">
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable students and a willingness to learn and adapt.">
