About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Education Support Specialist to work with secondary students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As a member of our team, you will provide individualized support and create personalized learning plans to cater to each student's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver one-on-one tutoring sessions for students with SEN, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to support students' academic growth and well-being.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust your teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain open communication with parents and school staff to keep them informed about student performance.
- Proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs.
- Prior experience working as a tutor or teacher with SEN students.
