Supporting Students with SEN in Mainstream Education

We are currently seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at P-Neo Personal GmbH.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a mainstream classroom environment, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
This role requires:
- Providing assistance, guidance, and personalized support to students, adapting teaching methods as required to meet individual learning needs.
- Working closely with the SENCo and teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to the overall planning and review process.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an educational setting, preferably with individuals with special educational needs.
- Relevant qualifications in special education, teaching assistance, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
As a member of our team, the successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately €32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
