Job Title: Support Worker

At Randstad Education, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Support Worker in an outstanding SEN school. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with students with special educational needs (SEN) and making a real difference in their lives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting students with complex needs, and be able to provide one-to-one support to ensure that they access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. The successful applicant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of personalized learning plans for each student.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and free uniform. If you are a caring and dedicated individual who is passionate about working in an SEN environment, please apply now
