Job Overview

Teaching Personnel is seeking a Support Worker - ASC/SEMH to join our team in Surrey schools. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one and group support to students with ASC/SEMH, assist with classroom activities, and help implement IEPs. They will also collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student development.

The ideal candidate has experience working with children who have additional learning needs/challenging behaviour, holds a valid DBS on the update service, and is passionate and driven to work with children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to students with ASC/SEMH
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement IEPs
