Support Worker Vacancy

We are seeking a skilled support worker to join our team in Leatherhead, Surrey. This role involves providing support to individuals with complex mental health needs, including behaviours that challenge and trauma-informed care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily support to individuals, including personal care, laundry, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Working closely with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
  • Taking personal responsibility for the quality of care and assistance delivered to the people we support
  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support

Requirements:

  • Experience in behaviours that challenge and complex mental health needs
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and support

Salary: £23,400 per annum (pro-rata) plus benefits.
