DATACENTRE.ME (DCME) is a small but very successful corporate events company and we are currently recruiting for a Team / Sales Administrator to provide administrative support for our busy team on a self-employed basis. This role offers flexibility, excellent long-term prospects and the opportunity to eventually work mostly from home.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our small, friendly and extremely busy team. This role would suit a person with a hard working, “can do” positive attitude along with the ability to “juggle lots of balls” at once.

An excellent level of written and spoken English

Typing at a minimum of 40wpm

IT literate in a Microsoft Office environment with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and internet browsers

CRM system/data management systems experience (Salesforce, Workbooks or similar)

Confident enough to make phone calls if and when required with all levels of customer, including C-level

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office environment

**Not essential but would be advantageous**:
An ability to administer back-end website system changes in Wordpress

Experience managing social media accounts and scheduling content

Experience using marketing software such as MailChimp / GatorMail

The starting hourly rate will be circa £12-£15p/h, depending on experience.

After the initial CV screening, the interview process will commence with a one-to-one telephone call. If successful, you will be invited to meet the team in a face to face interview. You will be required to sit some online skills tests, to include a typing speed test, data entry speed test, an English grammar test and an attention to detail test.
