- Maintain the sales and client database to a high level
- Manage a small portfolio of key clients with a view to increase market share
- Leading a team and managing sales and margin targets
- Mentor the team members to achieve lead generation for new business development
- 1-2-1’s with team members to cover all KPIs
- Evaluate and identify opportunities to streamline sales processes
- Excellent leadership skills
- Organisation and planning skills
- Supervisor and team management
- Excellent IT, communication and listening skills
- Polite and friendly manner
- Enjoy working in targeted environment

**Basic Salary**:

- £29,000-£32,000 PA with open ended commision

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm

**Holiday allowance**:

- 20 days + Bank holidays

**Reporting to the Sales Director**

To be successful in this role you need to have a great track record in this sector and have a proven track record in building superb communications, growth campaigns and delivering commercial and financial targets.
