**Job Purpose**:
To work alongside the Compliance Manager as the Compliance Administrator. You will complete a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring Anchorage Chambers complies with strict regulations set by the ICAEW.

**Scope of the role**:
**Activities to include but not limited to**:

- Assessing Customer information to ensure they meet the required solution criteria.
- Liaising with customers to collect missing information, book appointments and chase signatures for documents.
- Keeping accurate records & running credit checks.
- Answering the phones in a professional manner, assisting with queries and taking messages from clients.

**Required Competencies / Behaviours**
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Diligent with a high level of attention to detail
- Proactive with superb problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload effectively
- Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages - Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Adaptable and a flexible approach to work, with a genuine willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Understands the importance of having a professional approach to work.
- Understands the importance of customer focus
- Driven in order to deliver against the needs of the business
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Able to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers

**Experience / Knowledge**:

- You must have previous personal insolvency experience and be very target driven in order to achieve in this role and be able to work under pressure and timelines
- Pre/Post Appointment IVA experience, preferred 12 months.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to targets and strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literate (Word & Excel)
- Positive and professional approach with the ability to motivate self and others
- Knowledge around the supervisory process of an IVA


Salary Circa: £19,000 to £23,000 per year DOE.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
