We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team and proactively lead and manage all aspects of project administration from a site perspective.
**Main Duties**:
- Maintaining accurate site records in terms of SHE Management
- Document Control, including Drawings, Quality Check Sheets, Snagging & Defects and General Compliance Checks of Sharepoint Filing System
- Purchasing
- Sub-Contractor Co-ordination
- Minutes of Meetings and Project Reporting
- Compliance, Standards & Improvements
**Safety, Health & Environment Responsibilities**:
- Setting up the SHE Management system for each project following the company template /process and ensuring that it is administered throughout.
- Site inductions
- Assist with the management of hot works permits
- Carrying out in-house audits / inspections
- Overseeing good site house keeping
- Input into the management of Health & Safety on site
- Collation of information for Health & Safety File, incorporating O&M Manual
**Document Control / Site Files** **/ Compliance Check Responsibilities**:
- Day to day management / maintenance of the drawing portal
- Day to day management / maintenance of the Quality / Snagging portal
- Ensure new users are added to The-Project and R-Drive in accordance with the company procedures and follow the protocol as noted in the Information Management Plan and company procedures
- Hold and administer weekly drawing review meetings with internal project team, ensuring all uploaded documents are allocated as noted in the Information Management Plan
- Maintain and update site records and files as works proceed
- Compliance checks on Sharepoint Filing System
**Sub-Contractor Co-Ordination Responsibilities**:
- Assist with recording performance and progress of site operations and sub-contractors
- Assist site managers with records, reporting and general management of trades
**Skills and Experience**:
- Construction Site administration
- Document Control
- Knowledge of SHE Management Systems
- IT competent with the ability to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Performing both as an individual or as part of a team
- Self motivation and being able to motivate others
- Support of site management team on both new build and refurbishment developments
**Salary & Benefits**:
