Lead Administrator Role

We are seeking a seasoned administrator to take charge of our mental health services, driving efficiency and excellence in administrative functions.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in planning and implementing changes to working practices and systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high-quality performance data to ensure all services meet targets.
  • Contributing to divisional development projects and enhancing administration processes.
  • Building a high-performing team capable of responding to changing demands.
  • Managing resources and overseeing efficient administrative systems.

A relevant level 5 competency-based qualification in Leadership/Management is required, along with previous experience working in a customer care environment and supervising/managing a team.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience using clinical and financial systems, and contributing to continuity planning and associated documentation.

This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to travel across the Trust's footprint and carry out duties remotely.

Salary: £41,320 - £50,297 per annum (pro rata)
