Job Description:

As a member of the Transformation Unit, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. As an Administration Lead, your primary responsibilities will include managing administrative resources, overseeing efficient systems, and handling complaints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and improvement, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maximizing service delivery.

Key qualifications for this role include a relevant level 5 qualification in Leadership/Management, previous experience in customer care, supervising/managing a team, delivering training, and planning/implementing new procedures. Additionally, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

This role comes with a salary of £43,000 - £51,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working options and professional development opportunities.
