Job Title: Business Operations CoordinatorSalary:

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing contractual requirements for various jobs and coordinating programmed works schedules;
  • Providing strong administrative support for maintenance works and working closely with supervisors/site managers to prioritize and schedule tasks;
  • Ensuring all regulatory information is up-to-date, logged, and recorded in relevant systems;
  • Validating job information to ensure all necessary details are available;
  • Administering works to enable efficient and flexible response to operational issues and maintaining service delivery levels.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong coordinator experience with a focus on good customer service;
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to operate computerized database systems;
  • A competent administrator with good knowledge of administration tasks and procedures.
