**New Opportunity - Patient Safety Coordinator**
Venn Group is working with a large community-based organisation in London to recruit for two Patient Safety Coordinators. The successful postholder will support in the day-to-day operations of the Patient Safety function.
**Duties**:
- Producing and compiling serious incident reports off of Datix
- Overseeing the business processes of the Patient Safety function
- Supporting on internal clinical audit systems
- Attending and minuting meetings
- Datix experience (essential)
- Quality and/or clinical governance position
- Strong administrative background
**Location**: South West London
**WFH**: 3 days on site
**Hourly rate**:Band 5 £20.18 PAYE inc hp or £22.96 umbrella
**Hours**:37.5
