**The Position**

We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic Customer Service & Admin Support Coordinator to join our team at Personal Best Education. You should have excellent administrative skills and be confident dealing with customers at all levels.

**The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Provide a high-level of support to all Personal Best’s Customers
- Support the customer service provision across the Personal Best portfolio
- Maintain excellent and up-to-date knowledge of all Personal Best’s provisions
- Use CRM to create, update and manage accurate records of contacts and bookings and help identify ways to improve systems
- Work as part of a team to support organisational needs and achievement of strategic goals
- Support other areas of the Personal Best business, when requested by line manager

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**

Must hold a minimum of 5 x GCSEs (or equivalent) grade A-C (9-5) inc. Maths & English or equivalent certificates

**Essential skills and experience**
- Experience in a customer service or client facing environment with administrative duties
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Solid understanding of good customer service best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competency in using IT systems (Microsoft office, Google drive)
