An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor / administrator to join a tight-knit team in Southampton.

You must have excellent communication skills and have a friendly manner and ensure a fast and efficient response and flow of customerorders and satisfaction.


  • Based in Southampton
  • Parking onsite
  • Monday-Friday, 8am 5pm

The Role:

  • Handling customer orders and enquiries
  • Providing a friendly and helpful response to customers
  • Data entry & annual stock take
  • General administration
  • Ad hoc duties requested by your Manager

Experience/Skills:

  • Experience within a similar role


IT proficient
  • Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communciation
  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to hit the ground running
